Hi! I'm Christine, and here's my story:

My love for health and fitness started at age 17 in my high school strength training class. I went on to work in gyms throughout high school, study exercise in college and, go on to work in one of the best gyms in Maryland.

When I became a mom, exercise took a back seat for the first time in 13 years. I had a c-section and ended up on the couch for months. I felt lost and unmotivated. Everything I thought I knew about health and fitness was being challenged. I eventually found a coach who helped me heal properly from my c-section, taught me how to begin exercising safely, and educated me around things like Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Diastasis Recti.

It was then that I realized that if I had been in the industry for over 10 years and didn't know about these things, then there was a good chance the average woman didn't know about them either. My love for strength training and movement turned into helping moms understand their changing bodies, teaching them how to move while healing and recovering from pregnancy and birth, and how to make health and fitness a sustainable, life-long pursuit.

I live in Annapolis, Maryland with my supportive husband and our energetic son. A few of my favorite things include barefoot training, listening to podcasts and audio books, admiring Mother Nature, and hanging out at the local coffee shop.

Whether you are a new or seasoned mom, a powerlifter or exercise newbie, I am here to support you every step of the way.

My training and certifications include:

  • Bachelors in Kinesiology, UMD College Park
  • StrongFirst Level 2 Russian Kettlebell Training
  • Postnatal Fitness Specialist (Jessie Mundell, PFSA)
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach
  • Functional Movement Specialist Level 2 (FMS)
