1-on-1 Remote Coaching

$269 per month (3 month commitment required)

Are you ready to start working out but don't know where to start? Maybe you are an avid exerciser but need some a structured program? Or maybe you just had a baby and want to know how to start exercising safely? I've got you covered!

1-on-1 remote coaching is personalized to your needs so whether you are a newbie starting with zero equipment or an exercise enthusiast with an entire gym at your finger tips, I can write you a program that fits your needs.

Remote coaching includes:

  • Three months of progressive workouts designed to your unique circumstances and tweaked as needed throughout the month.

  • One 30-minute coaching call each month to talk about your goals and answer any questions you have

  • Video demonstrations and cueing for all exercises

  • Nutrition guidance and support

  • Weekly check-ins via text/email

  • Tons of education throughout the month because I truly believe every person deserves a better understanding of how their body functions

Custom Program Design

$129 / 8 weeks

Familiar with the gym and just need a little guidance? Want an individualized program to help you get back to your pre-pregnancy workouts? Or maybe you just like shorter commitments? Program design is perfect for you! Please note that this program does not include ongoing coaching.

Custom Program Design includes:

  • 6 week’s of completely customized programming to reflect your unique needs

  • One 30 minute initial consult

  • Video demonstrations and cueing for all exercises
