Mama, I know how hard it can be to make ourselves a priority, especially during the holiday season. Self-care goes out the window, workouts are pushed aside, and the fitness magazines make us nervous to eat a piece of pie! Honestly, I don't know if there is a way to truly thrive every day of the holiday season but I sure as hell am going to try. In the past, I've barely it out alive - merely surviving on fumes. Why can't we enjoy the holidays and come out on the other side feeling great? I think that with the right support we can continue keep ourselves a priority AND make the holidays amazing.
This 4-week group will help you navigate the holidays by still doing (and eating!) things you love without sacrificing your health or your sanity. My goal is to help you go into 2018 feeling stronger, more capable, and confident!
